The implications of denying the resurrection from the dead (vv.12-19)
1. Christ has not been raised from the dead (v.13)
2. Preaching is in vain (v.14)
3. Christian faith is in vain (v.14)
4. Apostles are liars and blasphemers of God (v.15)
5. All people are still guilty before God as sinners (v.17)
6. Those who have died are truly gone and will never come back (v.18)
7. Christians are the most pitiable/miserable people (v.19)
The implications of Christ’s resurrection from the dead (vv.20-28)
1. Christ’s resurrection means our resurrection at His return (vv.20-23)
2. Christ’s resurrection means Christ is conquering & will conquer all of His and our enemies (vv.24-25)
3. Christ’s resurrection means victory over death, the last and greatest enemy (v.26)
4. Christ’s resurrection means the presentation of the kingdom to God the Father (vv.27-28)
